PTO Hosts Board of Education Budget Presentation |

This week's PTO meeting has been postponed until Monday, March 22. At the March 22 meeting, the Cucinella PTO will host the Board of Education where they will present the annual budget to all in attendance. If you have ever had a question about the budget and what it covers, now is the time to ask. If you were planning to attend one PTO meeting this year, this is the one. We strongly encourage you to come to this meeting as it will be a great opportunity to become educated on the school budget.

The 2010 Benedict A. Cucinella Yearbook Order Form is now available. Effective January 21, the cost of this year's book is $22.00.
While you can order with the paper form, we strongly encourage you to utilize the web based ordering system. Click here to go directly to web page to order . You will need to use a credit card when placing orders via the web.
You can also take the opportunity to wish a student good luck, thank a teacher, say hello to a friend or send a happy thought! For $10.00 your message will be printed in the 2010 Benedict A. Cucinella Yearbook. Each message may contain up to 60 character spaces (letters, punctuation, and spaces). Love notes must be submitted by March 18, 2010 to ensure processing. Remember, a yearbook is a great way to remember your child's school experience!

Co-Presidents Welcome:
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and briefly explain some of our goals for this coming year. We are excited to be implementing our new volunteer database which will insure all volunteers will have an opportunity to contribute their time at school and classroom events. This is just one example of many changes that will take place over this school year.
We are eager to get this year underway and invite you to join in on all PTO meetings as they will now include an open forum for all of your questions, concerns, ideas, and suggestions. Our mission is to further parent and teacher involvement in our school.
Along with the new initiatives, we are pleased to continue all the wonderful programs and activities from previous years that make Cucinella a wonderful place for our children to learn and grow.
We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting.
